The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) November2012 on 18th November, 2012 throughout the country and abroad.

Dates of online submission of application through website 1 to 31 August 2012.

Last date for receipt of Confirmation Page with Demand draft in CBSE office 7 September 2012.

Who provides this scholarship?

The Department of Science and Technology , Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India awards Scholarship for Higher Education under Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research to the students.

Who is eligible for this scholarship ?

The candidates of Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi who have passed Class XII examination 2012 and are within top 1% (Cut-off score- 471 marks excluding 6th Additional subject) are eligible for the scholarship.

1179182 candidates were registered for class X examination in 2012 an increase of about 11 % candidates over last year.

Percentage of students who qualified for admission in Higher Classes - 2011 = 96.61

Percentage of students who qualified for admission in Higher Classes - 2012 = 98.19

Percentage of girls qualified  98.48 and that of boys is 97.98 .

CBSE has declared the date of CBSE Results 2012 class X for remaining 7 regions Patna, Allahabad, Panchkula, Guwahati, Ajmer, Bhubaneshwar and Delhi regions as 24 May 2012.
