CBSE X Board Exams 2011 are optional - But no. of students appearing increase by 14.98%
The no of students appearing for class X exams for 2011 exams = 1061566 which is an increase 14.98 percent over 2010 exams. This is inspite the fact that class X exam have become optional this year.
Details
The no of girls appearing for class X exams for 2011 exams = 428844 which is an increase 14.00 percent over 2010 exams.
The no of girls appearing for class X exams for 2011 exams = 632726 which is an increase 15.65 percent over 2010 exams.
